Damaged goods as a result of missuse or missapplication are not coverred under the warranty. All wearing parts are also excluded from this warranty. Eagle Pro products meet or exceed your performance requirements, however in the unlikely event that an Eagle Pro product fails due to material or workmanship defect you may contact your supplier to have the issue investigated.
